Many factors impacting the measurement precision of ICP-OES and ICP-MS are still often neglected for everyday operation. Sample preparation is one of such factors that play a crucial role in the success of high-quality sample analysis. Our objective for this webinar is to talk about sample preparation to: 1) improve the analysis precision 2) make difficult samples easy to be analyzed 3) eliminate sample dilution to minimize the error introduction. These tricks and troubleshooting techniques are valuable for operators to achieve high-precision analysis for environmental and geological samples using both ICP-OES and ICP-MS.
