A complete set of mass spectrometry tools is available for mAb characterization, and includes bottom-up approaches, middle-up analysis of mAb fragments, and intact mAb analysis. In some cases, these tools are being coupled with chromatographic separation methods while in others they are being used with innovative techniques such as native MS and native ion mobility mass analysis.
