Arsenic Speciation in Apple Juice with the NexSAR HPLC-ICP-MS

This study presents a reversed-phase ion-pairing method for the complete separation and accurate quantification of the main arsenic species in commercially available apple juices in under three minutes, using PerkinElmer's NexSARTM HPLC-ICP-MS speciation solution.
