Facility
Chemplex products are manufactured "in-house" at our facility in Palm City, Florida, with the exception of fusion machines and related platinum ware. Major production equipment includes machinery for: plastic, ferrous, and non-ferrous metal fabrication; precision honing; plastic injection molding; metal stamping; thin-film conversion; parts separation, sorting, and packaging. In instances where the tooling and machinery necessary to manufacture a new product may not exist, our engineering staff is charged with the responsibility of designing and fabricating the production equipment.
