Event Overview:

Purification is a process intended to improve the purity of an API or intermediate by removal of impurities of concern. It is complex, tedious, and sensitive to environmental factors. Scientists must often wear many hats and often are under pressure to deliver quality samples. This webinar describes how insourcing purification workflows can improve efficiency, recovery, and quality so that scientists can focus on core activities. This webinar will also provide an overview of HPLC column best practices, technologies, and chemistries —including phases (a lot beyond C18!) — and repacking services.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Gain a better understanding of the benefits that an insourcing model for purification has
  • Learn best practices about choosing HPLC column technologies and chemistries
