The New York section of the Society for Applied Spectroscopy is seeking nominations for the 2014 Gold Medal Award. Established in 1952, the award recognizes outstanding contributions to the field of applied spectroscopy.
The Gold Medal will be presented at a special award symposium, arranged in honor of the awardee, at the 2014 Eastern Analytical Symposium.
A nominating letter describing the nominee’s specific accomplishments should be submitted along with a biographical sketch and list of publications by January 3, 2014.
