PerkinElmer announced that it has signed a new distribution agreement with VWR International.
PerkinElmer (Wlatham, Massachusetts) announced that it has signed a new distribution agreement with life science and analytical products distributor VWR International (West Chester, Pennsylvania), under which VWR will offer broader and more streamlined ordering options for PerkinElmer's chromatography and spectroscopy products.
The distribution deal includes PerkinElmer's inorganic, chromatography, and materials characterization consumables, as well as FT-IR and UV/Vis spectroscopy solutions.
Andrea Beccari, vice president of consumables for PerkinElmer, said in a statement that the agreement will offer more convenience and options for its customers, who currently buy PerkinElmer's products through its own sales and service channels.
