The Thermo Scientific™ DXR3 SmartRaman™+ Spectrometer simplifies quality control by enabling rapid, non-destructive analysis directly through sealed containers, helping to preserve product integrity while reducing waste. Designed for at-line, semi-automated testing, the system supports high-throughput autosampling to significantly shorten batch release timelines, moving from weeks to hours or just a few days. With built-in OPC UA connectivity, it is ready for Industry 4.0 environments and can be integrated into existing manufacturing workflows. Integrated methods and workflows help support compliance with USP and Ph. Eur. validation standards, while flexible sampling options accommodate a range of container types. The result is a more efficient, consistent approach to quality control across diverse production needs.

Attributing the source of CO2 presents challenges for environmental agencies and research institutions. CO2 isotope ratios carry information about the emitter. However, their continuous monitoring presents a complex task. The Thermo Scientific Delta Ray CO2 Isotope Ratio Infrared Spectrometer (IRIS) enables scientists to perform isotope ratio analysis directly where the sample is taken. On a road trip through Canada, the analyzer was installed in an RV and continuously monitored the CO2 concentrations, 13C and 18O isotope ratios coast to coast.
