
Food Chemist or Food Biochemist
The Department of Food Science and Technology of the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences at The Ohio State University (OSU)
Successful applicants will supervise an extramurally-funded research program, develop strong relationships and collaborations with the food faculty and the food industry, contribute to teaching (graduate and undergraduate), demonstrate a commitment to the profession through leadership in national and international organizations, and serve university committees and campus networks.
The OSU Discovery Theme provides many opportunities for direct involvement in high-profile thematic areas with a focus on academic collaboration in research having global impact. The position strategically connects several hires in Foods for Health and Data Analytics
